I've been in the fitness industry for over 10 years now but I started as a personal trainer with empty classes and £100 to my name.

Think: content strategy, offer creation, pricing, sales, mindset, group coaching, launching, systems, client delivery and more. Each session is built into a module inside the platform so you have it forever.

The Q&A / Content Review
This is your open session. Bring anything: a caption you're unsure about, a reel idea, a new offer you want to sense check, a question about something that's not working. I'm completely hands-on in this session.
Twice a month this becomes a dedicated Content Review: I go through your actual content (any social media platform) and give you real, specific feedback on what to change and why.
